YOUR PERSONAL CHEERLEADER
WHAT IS A PEER SPECIALIST?
I'VE BEEN THERE
A peer specialist is someone who has personal experience with mental health challenges and uses their lived experience to help others on their recovery journey. They provide hope, support, and understanding by sharing their own stories, offering practical tools, and creating a safe space for growth and healing. Peer specialists build genuine connections, listen without judgment, and empower others to navigate their own path forward.
LIVED EXPERIENCE
I draw from my own journey navigating depression and mental health challenges. My firsthand perspective lets me connect authentically and offer insights that come from someone who’s been there.
PEER SUPPORT
As a peer supporter, I create a safe, judgment-free space to share and hold experiences. I walk alongside clients, validating their struggles and celebrating their steps forward—no matter how small.
SMALL STEPS PLANNING
My coaching focuses on setting practical goals and crafting actionable plans that help clients dream again and work toward the life they want. It’s about taking small, doable steps forward with hope and purpose.
